Salsa Cruda
Ingredients
- 2 mild, long chilies, minced or possibly 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chilies
- 2 lg. tomatoes, minced
- Half a small white onion, chopped or possibly 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. cilantro leaves
- Salt to taste (optional)
Directions
- In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients. Serve cool as table salsa.
