Salmon Patties
Ingredients
- 1 can cooked salmon, deboned
- 1/4 small onion, diced
- 2 pinches terragon
- 1 pinch parsley
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 Club crackers, crushed
Directions
- remove bones from salmon. add other ingredients, mix well. shape into small patties and fry in nonstick pan.
