Salad with pears with cheese sauce
Ingredients
- 2 x large pear
- 40g walnuts
- 150g blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pc egg yolk
- 100g rocket
- 50g cubes of white bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Beat in 1 tablespoon cheese with olive oil. Mix with small cubes of bread and bake in oven at 180 ° C for 10 min.
