Rotisserie Style Chicken
Ingredients
- 8 oz margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped in water
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 Tbsp thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp rosemary, whole (optional)
- Chicken quarter- 6 oz (bone-in 2ea, boneless 2ea)
Directions
- Melt margarine.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place chicken quarters in shallow roasting pan (leave space to allow for even cooking). Brush well with above mixture.
- Roast at 350F until the internal temperature is 165 F.
- Chicken pieces should have a slightly crusty glaze when ready.
