Roast Pork Tenderloin Ala-Orange

- 5 pound Boneless Pork Tenderloin Roast
- 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable stock/broth
- Black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin (add several dashes of each, mix and sprinkle over tenderloin roast)
- 1/4 cup Pure Florida Orange Juice
- 1-5 ounce can mandarin oranges with natural juices
- one tablespoon Pure Honey
- one tablespoon dark brown sugar
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Place seasoned Pork Tenderloin Roast in a baking dish with vegetables stock, cover with aluminum foil and Roast for 70 minutes
- Remove from oven to rest
- In a saucepan add OJ through brown sugar and cook on low until thick and syrupy
- Cut Pork Roast, ladle la Orange sauce and dig in!
- We love this served with Haricot Verts. A side mixed green salad.
