Rio Grande Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Pulse on/off for 30 seconds or possibly till thoroughly blended. Dressing is best when used the same day.
- Makes about 1 3/4 c. dressing.
