This is a moist and delicious cake. Simple yet good enough to make for company!!
Ingredients
- yellow cake mix
- 2lbs. ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 4 tlbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanila
- 1 tlb cinnamon
- 2tlb sugar
Directions
1. Prepare cake as directed on box
2. mix ricotta,eggs,sugar, and vanilla
3. grease and line with wax paper a 9x13 pan
4. pour cake mix into pan
5. then pour cheese mixture on top
6. mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top (more or less maybe used )
7. bake 350 degress for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out
