Reuben Sandwiches
Easy lowfat, yummy sandwich. Ingredients
- 1 oz. turkey pastrami
- 1/4 c. sauerkraut, well drained
- 1/8 cup lowfat mozarella cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat Thousand Island dressing
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 slices dill rye bread
Directions
- Spread dressing on one slice of bread, top with pastrami, sauerkraut and cheese.
- Spred mustard on second slice of bread, and put on top (mustard side down, of course).
- Heat up in a non-stick pan, using a little butter spray, if needed.
- Cut in 2, and serve.
