Raspberry & Blueberry Galette

- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries (rinsed)
- 1-1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries (rinsed)
- one frozen pastry dough 9" pie shell (thawed)
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon (Juice Only)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Flour for dusting work surface
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- Dust your clean work surface with AP flour roll out dough into a circle
- In a mixing bowl add raspberries, blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, stir gently to mix
- Add mixing bowl ingredients into the middle of dough circle (Galette) curl up the ends and crimp (pinch) together, transfer to a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, coat using a brush the perimeter galette with the melted butter
- Place into the oven and bake 22-24 minutes or until golden brown
