    Lovely Dessert any time, add ice cream or whipped cream, if desired

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries (rinsed)
    • 1-1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries (rinsed)
    • one frozen pastry dough 9" pie shell (thawed)
    • 1/2 Fresh Lemon (Juice Only)
    • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • Flour for dusting work surface

    Directions

    1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
    2. Dust your clean work surface with AP flour roll out dough into a circle
    3. In a mixing bowl add raspberries, blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, stir gently to mix
    4. Add mixing bowl ingredients into the middle of dough circle (Galette) curl up the ends and crimp (pinch) together, transfer to a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, coat using a brush the perimeter galette with the melted butter
    5. Place into the oven and bake 22-24 minutes or until golden brown
