    Raj Kachori is a mouth watering chaat,a delicacy of Kolkata...:)

    Ingredients

    • For Dough:
    • 2 Cups semolina
    • 2 tbsp plain flour
    • For Topping:
    • 4 Potatoes
    • 1/2 Cup whole bengal gram / chana ( soaked over night )
    • 1 cup besan pakodies
    • 1 Cup yogurt
    • 10 Papadi
    • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
    • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
    • 5 tbsps Tamarind chutney
    • 1/4 cup fresh coriander ( chopped )
    • 1/2 Cup Naylon Sev
    • 2 tbsp raisins ( soaked )
    • 2 tbsp cashew nuts ( chopped )

    Directions

    1. For Dough:
    2. Mix rava, maida, salt and red chilli powder well.
    3. Prepare dough.
    4. Roll out into rotis of equal size.
    5. Deep fry it.
    6. For Topping:
    7. Boil potatoes and cut it into cubes.
    8. Boil the soaked whole bengal gram
    9. Soak the Besan pakodies.
    10. For Topping:
    11. Make a hole in the center of fried kachoris.
    12. Fill with cubed potatoes, chana, pakodi ,papdi and curd.
    13. Spread red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, tamarind chutney and green chutney.
    14. Put sev ,frsh coriander,raisins and nuts on it.
    15. Raj Kachori is ready.
