Quick vegetable soup with kohlrabi
This all-vegetable soup is tasty, quick, healthy and easy to make. Ingredients
- 350 - 400 g kohlrabi with leaves
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 l water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tbs soy sauce
Directions
1.Remove the kohlrabi leaves and cut them into thin strips. Set aside. Peel the kohlrabi and carrot, cut into small pieces and chop in a blender to the desired fineness.Useful Links
