  • Quick Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, not spread
    • 2/3 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1 pkt (10 ounce) peanut butter chips

    Directions

    1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil; grease foil. Stir lowfat milk and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat till butter melts and mix is smooth. Put 1/3 c. into a small bowl. Add in chocolate chips and stir till melted and smooth. Add in peanut butter chips to mix in saucepan; stir till melted and smooth, returning saucepan to heat if needed.
    2. Spread saucepan mix in lined pan. Drop teaspoonfuls of chocolate mix over the top. Using a small rubber spatula, lift some of the mix from bottom of the pan over the chocolate mix, creating a decorative pattern. Chill 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Invert pan, peel off foil, invert fudge and cut in 1-inch squares.
