Quick Gazpacho
Simple chilled soup ready in minutes Ingredients
- 1 can Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes
- 1 12 oz can Spicy V-8
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- drizzle of olive oil
Directions
- Put all ingredients into blender. Use quick burst to blend. Pour into large soup bowls and add some finely diced cucumber and carrot for crunch. Serve with tobasco for those who want more spiciness.
