Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Pumpkin Kisses

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300°.
2. Combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda in a mixing bowl; set aside.
3. In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for about 30 seconds, then add the flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time until thoroughly incorporated.
4. Drop by rounded tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
5. Immediately top each cookie with a kiss.
6. Transfer to a rack to cool.
