Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 250g pumpkin flesh
- 100g wheat flour
- 175g cornmeal for polenta
- 2 stalks green onions
- 200 ml milk
- 2 pcs eggs
- vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
- 1 tbsp. l.razryhlitel
- 1 tbsp. l. sugar
- salt
Directions
- Pumpkin grate. Chop green onions
- In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, flour for polenta, baking powder, sugar, pumpkin, onion and salt.
- The eggs mixed with milk, add to flour.
- Add butter and knead the dough.
- Put the dough in a greased form to bread.
- Bake in a preheated 200 ° oven for 45-60 minutes.
- Remove the finished bread from the oven, let stand for 10 minutes. Get out of shape and cut into chunks. Serve warm.
