Succulent, tender pork is so tempting in this delicious, creamy sauce full of flavors.

    Ingredients

    • 2 - 3 pork chops, boneless
    • 40 g butter
    • ½ tbs olive oil
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tsp dry mustard
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tbs cider vinegar
    • ¼ cup white wine
    • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
    • ¼ cup cream

    Directions

    1.
In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in butter and oil over medium-high heat; place in the bottom of a pressure cooker when browned.
    2.
In the same skillet sauté onions until softened over medium heat; add garlic, dry mustard, salt and pepper, and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
    3.
Add vinegar and wine and cook for 1 minute.
    4.
Pour this mixture over pork chops, cover and lock lid on pressure cooker. Bring to pressure. When pressure is reached, turn heat down to low. Continue cooking for 15 minutes. Release pressure naturally.
    5.
Remove pork chops from the pressure cooker and place on a warmed platter. Stir Dijon mustard and cream into juices in the pressure cooker; when well combined pour sauce over chops and serve immediately with a side dish of cooked barley.
