- Potato, [boiled with skin and cleaned] 2 kg
- Garlic, [minced finely] 50 grams
- Lemon juice 150 ml
- White pepper 20 grams
- Salt Taste
- Olive oil 300 ml
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Directions
- Method:
- 1. Blend potato nicely with farlic and lemonâwhite pepper and salt.
- 2. Add 200 ml of olive oil. Fold together. Adjust seasoning.
- 3. Garnish with coriander and olive oil.
