Pot Roast With Vegetables
Ingredients
- 3-4 pound Bottom round roast
- Sliced potatoes
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with small amount of water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In Dutch oven, place bottom round roast. Add in sliced potatoes, carrots, onions, place over meat. Pour soup over meat and vegetables. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Bake till meat is tender.
