Pork With Jack Daniels Apple Butter
Ingredients
- 3 x Pork cutlets, (2 ounce. ea)
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Fine minced onions
- 1/4 c. Diced or possibly sliced apples
- 1 ounce Jack Daniels
- 2 ounce Butter
- 1 pch Chef salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
Directions
- Cut pork cutlets from boneless pork loin. Heat butter in 10" skillet.
- Dredge pork cutlets and saute/fry about 2 to 3 min on each side. Remove pork from skillet. Add in minced onion apples and sugar to pan and saute/fry.
- Flame with Jack Daniels bourbon and quickly shake in butter. Serve over pork cutlets
