Pork Chop & Rice Casserole
Super easy one dish meal Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 can water
Directions
- Place pork chops in bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.
- Pour rice in between chops.
- Stir together soup and water and pour on top.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 min or until liquid is absorbed by rice and pork chops are cooked.
