  • Pork Chop And Rice Dish

    Ingredients

    • 4 pork chops
    • 1 tbsp. oil
    • 1 c. uncooked rice
    • 1 can chicken noodle soup
    • 1/2 env. dry Lipton onion soup
    • 3/4 soup can of water

    Directions

    1. Brown chops in oil.
    2. Mix rice, chicken noodle soup and water and half of onion soup together in a bowl. Pour half of rice mix into a casserole, lay pork chops on top. Spoon rest of rice mix around the chops. Sprinkle top of chops with the remaining onion soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
    3. Can be made in large casserole or possibly roaster if you care to make a large quantity. You can triple recipe or possibly make a dozen chops just adjust the rest of the recipe accordingly. Sometimes have used chicken vegetable soup as a substitute for chicken noodle soup and it works fine.
