Pork And Rice Hotdish
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork roast
- 1 sm. green pepper
- 2 c. cut up celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 5 c. water
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Cut the pork in small pcs and brown. Chop green pepper, onion and celery, put in pan with meat and stir over heat, 7 to 10 min. Then remove to casserole and add in the rest of ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven.
