Popcorn Surprise Balls
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. unpopped corn
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 ounce. pkg. fruit flavored gelatin (any flavor)
- 12 miniature candy bars
Directions
- Pop corn, set aside. Combine syrup and sugar in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add in gelatin and stir till dissolved. Pour over popped corn and mix well. When cold sufficient to handle, shape into balls, forming popcorn around a miniature candy bar. Wrap in plastic and secure with ties.
