Popcorn Balls
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Put sugar, corn syrup, water, butter and salt in saucepan and cook. Stir till the sugar is dissolved. Continue to cook till syrup forms a brittle ball in cool water. Add in vanilla and stir slightly. Pour over popcorn (6 qts). Grease hands and form into balls.
