Pomegranate Molasses

- 4 cups pomegranate juiced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- combine all ingredients into 4 quart saucepan and stir to dissolve sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved turn to medium low to reduce the liquid to about 1 cup. Once liquid has reduced and has a syrupy consistance take off heat and let sit for 30 min, pour off into a glass jar with lid and put in fridge for later use
