Polish Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 quart. sauerkraut
- 1 onion
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounce. curly noodles
- 1 pound Polish sausage
Directions
- Cover sauerkraut with water, bring to a boil and drain. Saute/fry diced onion in 3/4 stick butter. Cut up sausage into 1/4" slices. Mix all the above together with the mushroom soup plus 1/2 can water. Layer curly noodles in a casserole dish. Add in sauerkraut mix. Bake in oven for 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
