Polish Hot Pot
Ingredients
- 6 lg. potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 pound bologna, sliced or possibly sausage
- 3 sm. onions, sliced
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Place potato slices in large casserole; cover with bologna (or possibly sausage). Top with layer of onion slices; pour tomatoes over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Add in lowfat sour cream; continue baking for 15 min. Serves 8.
