Polenta al forno
This recipe is from Piemonte, in Italy. Ingredients
- 140g Polenta flour
- 800cc Water
- 180cc Milk
- 8g Salt
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 100g Braised sauce (meat sauce、maybe)
- 80g Gorgonzola Cheese
Directions
- Put water, milk, salt and the virgin olive oil into the pan and bring them to the boil. Put polenta flour to the liquid and mixed well with the beater.
- Place the cover on the pan and simmer about 30 minutes,stirring occasionally.
- When its texture is smooth, pour into the baking dish and leave it until it sets.
- Cover the Gorgonzola polenta with braised sauce, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese, bake at 200 â 10 to 15 minutes.
