Poached Salmon Microwave
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 inch thick salmon steaks
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Directions
- In a paper towel lined 12 x 8 x 2 inch glass dish place steaks. Brush with melted butter mixed with lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill weed. Cover dish with waxed paper. Microwave at high 6-7 min. When done fish flakes easily with fork. Turn fish over onto serving plate. The paper towel may stick to the steaks. Just peel it off. I do not always put a paper towel in the dish. I do not like all the butter, moisture etc. absorbed by the paper.
