Pistachio Salad With Fruit Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Pistachio Instant Pudding
- 9 ounce Cold Whip Lite Thawed
- 1 c. Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple In Light Syrup 8 3/4 Ounce
- 1 can Fruit Cocktail 8 3/4 Ounce
- 1 jar Maraschino Cherries Halved
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place in a serving dish and chill.
- NOTES : Sometimes I omit the marshmallow and use sugar free pudding (great for diabetics) I just add in extra pineapple.
- I have used tropical fruit cocktail, for a change.
