- Potato Gnocchi
- Pistachio pesto (from Sicily)
- Scampi
- Asparagus
- Butter
- Brandy
- American Sauce
- Mascarpone or cream
- Fresh Tomato
- Pistachios
Directions
- The gnocchi are homemade with Pistachio Pesto from Sicily
- Brown garlic in butter
- Add shrimp and asparagus
- Continue to cook, add brandy
- Add mascarpone or cream
- Add fresh tomato
- Serve with bits of pistachio added just before the presentation
