Pistachio Cake & Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix (white or possibly yellow)
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. club soda
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 env. Dream Whip
- 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding
- 3 c. cool lowfat milk
Directions
- Blend together cake ingredients for 2 min. Grease and flour bundt cake tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Cool for 15 min. Remove from pan. Cut in 3 layers, spread frosting between layers and center. Whip frosting ingredients till thick.
