Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lg. size (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chilies
- 4 ounce. minced black olives
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. green onions (chop entire onion)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Extra chunky thick salsa (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and salsa, together. Spread 1 heaping Tbsp. on each tortilla, roll up tight, like a jelly roll. Chill.
- Before serving, slice into 1/2 inch pcs. Serve plain or possibly with salsa as dip.
