Pink Dip Recipe with Sesame Butter and Beet
When you want to add color to your meal but keep it healthy, try this pink dip recipe with sesame butter and cooked beet. Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Premium Organic Sesame Butter
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Beet Cubes
- 1 Dash Salt & Pepper
Directions
- 1. Cook or steam beet cubes for 15 minutes in water until soft.
- 2. Mix sesame butter with water, lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir very well until smooth.
- 3. Blend the smooth sesame butter cream with the cooked beet in a food processor. Add some more water to get the texture you want for your dip.
