Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jello cook and serve (sugar free) vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 2 cans pineapple (crushed), no sugar added
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 ounce) Cold Whip
Directions
- Drain pineapple (save juice). Mix and cook vanilla pudding with juice liquid removed from pineapple and 1 egg. Cool completely. Add in crushed pineapple and mix in Cool Whip. May add in 1/2 cup pecans.
