Pineapple Quick Bread

- 5.5 ounce can crushed pineapples with natural juices
- lime zest
- 2 cup AP Flour
- one teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- one teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- pinch of iodized salt
- 1/4 cup canola oil, 2 large beaten eggs
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Grease a 5" x 9" loaf pan
- In a mixing bowl add dry ingredients, slowly add oil and eggs, vanilla extract, lime zest and mix well
- Transfer to the prepared loaf pan and bake 45 minutes
