Pineapple Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 yellow cake mix or possibly 1 box Jiffy cake mix
- 1 container whipped cream (Cold Whip)
Directions
- Make cake. Cold completely.
- Mix softened cream cheese with 2 c. cool lowfat milk. Pour in pudding mix, blend 2 min. Spread pudding mix over cooled cake, then spread pineapple (and walnuts to taste). Spread Cold Whip over top. Chill several hrs before serving.
