Pineapple Mandarin Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 can mandarin oranges (liquid removed)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 Large eggs, one at a time
Directions
- Put cake fold in bowl. Add in oil, then Large eggs one at a time. Mix in oranges, juice and all. Pour into two 9 inch layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Let cold.
- Filling: Mix together crushed pineapple and pudding mix till it sets up. Mix in Cold Whip. Spread 1/2 between layers. Rest on top. Decorate with nuts and cherries.
