Pineapple Green Pepper Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 1 sm. green pepper, chopped, not grated
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed thoroughly
- 1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Directions
- Mix cream cheese till smooth. Add in other ingredients and mix well. Pat into ball with spoon. Cold in refrigerator till hard. Roll ball in pecan bits. Makes one large ball or possibly two small. Keep refrigerated.
