Phyllis' Butter Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 pounds all purpose potatoes
- 1 lb. salted butter
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel potatoes (cut in 1 inch cubes). Boil potatoes for 10 min. Heat butter; drain potatoes. Put back in pan. Pour butter over potatoes and mix well. Spread potatoes proportionately on cookie sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
- Bake in oven at 350
