  • Philly Cheese Steaks

    Ingredients

    • Cheese sauce:
    • 1 Tbl canola oil
    • 1 Tbl flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup provolone cheese
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • London Broil or top round steak
    • sub buns
    • green pepper
    • onion

    Directions

    1. Cheese sauce:
    2. Combine 1 Tbl flour with oil and heat together
    3. add warm milk by whisking in
    4. add provolone cheese
    5. melt down
    6. add cayenne pepper
    7. Place meat in freezer for 30 mins so that it is easier to slice very thin
    8. Slice meat into thin strips
    9. Cook on stovetop on medium heat in 1 Tbl olive oil
    10. Meat will sear and cook quickly
    11. pepper meat as it cooks
    12. slice onions and peppers and cook on stovetop over medium/high heat until tender and brown.
    13. Heat buns in oven to warm
    14. Assemble cheesesteaks and enjoy
