  • Petite Caramel Pecan Rolls

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 c. butter, softened
    • 2 T light corn syrup
    • 8 ounce can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls
    • 2 T sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/4 c. finely minced pecans

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In small bowl, put together brown sugar, butter and corn syrup; blend well. Spread in bottom of ungreased 8 or possibly 9 inch round pan.Separate dough in 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. In small bowl, put together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mix evenly over each rectangle. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of the pecans on each rectangle. Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle; seal edges. Cut each roll into 4 slices. Place, cut side down, over brown sugar mix.
    2. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20-27 min or possibly till golden. Cool upright in pan 1 minute; invert onto serving platter or possibly foil. Serve warm or possibly cool. 16 rolls.
