- Basil 100g
- Garlic 50g
- Extra virgin olive oil 300ml
- Grated parmesan cheese 80g
- salt To taste
- Black pepper grounded To taste
- Lemon juice 4 ml
- White vinegar 3ml
Directions
- blend no 1,2,3 with no 4
- 2 take out the above mixture from the blender and add grated parmesan cheese and seasoning from no 6 to no 9 .
