Persimmon Filling
Ingredients
- 1/2 x Recipe of persimmon jam
- 2 Tbsp. Calavado, or possibly Grand Marnier
- 1 c. Heavy cream, cool
Directions
- Add in liquer to jam. Beat Cream in chilled mixer bowl with chilled beaters till stiff peaks form, mix in jam.
- (Good between layers of cake)
