Peppermint Ganache
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 3 candy canes, crushed
Directions
- Combine heavy whipping cream and peppermint extract in a saucepan and bring to a simme for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- In a medium size bowl, pour cream mixture over the chocolate chips. Stir for 2 minutes until completely melted and smooth.
- Spread over dessert.
- Place candy canes on the dessert when it still warm, so they melt a little bit.
