Peppermint Christmas Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pt. peppermint ice cream
- 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip, partially thawed
- 6 tbsp. crushed peppermint candy
Directions
- Combine crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into 9 inch pie plate. Combine ice cream and whipped topping; spoon into crust. Sprinkle with candy. Freeze till hard.
