- Tomato sauce 20 cl
- Basil
- Olive oil 2 cl
- Parmesan cheese 10 gr
- TOMATO SAUCE
- Canned tomato 100 gr
- Onion 30 gr
- garlic 5 gr
Directions
- a. Reheat the tomato sauce, add the penne pasta then the parmesan, the basil, olive oil, check the seasonnig.
- b. For the tomato sauce:
- c. Chopp roughly the tomato, cook the onions and garlic in olive oil, add the chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes.Pass through a tamis and leave to cool.
