Peanut Butter Rocky Road Chocolates
Ingredients
- 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter (according to taste, can use more or possibly less)
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
- In a large bowl (2 qt glass), combine chocolate and peanut butter. Heat in microwave oven on HIGH for 2 - 2 1/2 min, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Stir till chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in walnuts and marshmallows.
- Immediately spread in foil lined 11x7 inch baking pan, or possibly even larger pan if have it. Chill 1-2 hrs till hard. Cut into 35 pcs. Chill.
