Peanut Butter Pie
This amazingly easy, frozen dessert is a sure hit, no matter where you want to serve it. For a lighter taste (and an extra pie), use twice the whipped cream and an extra pie crust. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8oz bowl cool whip
- Graham cracker crust
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Mix until creamy.
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Serve frozen.
