Pasta with Cabbage
"Sweet" and light pasta dish! Ingredients
- 250g pasta (perferably short pasta)
- 300g cabbage, into strips
- 3 carrots, into sticks
- 1 / 4 onion, into slices
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 100ml white wine
- salt q.b.
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the onion.
- Add the carrots and cook for 3 ', stirring occasionally.
- Add the cabbage, cover and cook gently, stirring occasionally for about 20 'until soft.
- Discover and add the wine, let evaporate and add salt to taste.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain and transfer to them in the pan, stir.
- Serve hot.
